A graduate of Sussex University, he spent thirteen years in education, four of those as the head of a large department, before setting up his own management consultancy specialising in helping people develop their communication and leaderships skills. With sixteen years of experience he works with a wide spectrum of companies on the creation and delivery of new communication and trainer development programmes. He has extensive experience from 1:1 coaching to facilitating large scale workshops and seminars in communication and change projects. He also coaches conference speakers in the development, structuring and delivery of their sessions.
After university Andrew found it hard to leave his beloved Brighton, so is still there. He is married with 2 grown up children and enjoys travel, walking, music and classic MGs.
