Their HR team were faced with meeting the ever growing staffing requirements and providing the right structure and support that would allow the entrepreneurial culture to flourish. They were empowered to source and deliver a solution for an emerging employee challenge that had previously not presented itself - engagement and retention!

    Upon achieving qualification, the career landscape for the new associates changes from being obviously sign-posted to being more ambiguous and self-determined. Their technical skills remain important, but are no longer the sole key to success in delivering value for themselves, their clients, and the firm. Catseye worked with their Head of L&D and other key stakeholders to design and deliver a solution.

The head of UK Quality & Risk Management wanted some innovative approaches to influencing behavioural change around key business risks.

    Recent corporate and market pressures have presented a number of strategic challenges to the BBC, which has prompted new, innovative and at times controversial solutions. The in-house legal team excel in managing and protecting the BBC in a changing landscape. The leadership team expressed the need for a more joined up and collaborative working environment and wanted to help their people to develop the skills to achieve this.
